Active engagements in Mexican public education systems
Every project is a long-term collaboration with education authorities committed to verifiable results. Here is what we are working on right now.
Proyecto Educativo is Emory University's institutional partner for SEE Learning in Mexico
SEE Learning México · Coahuila
Through a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Emory University, Proyecto Educativo serves as implementing and promoting partner for SEE Learning in Mexico.
SEE Learning México operates in all nine teacher colleges in Coahuila, where it trains future teachers over four semesters in socioemotional skills. Coahuila was the first education system in the world to adopt the SEE Learning model for pre-service teacher training — a milestone that Emory University recognizes internationally.
By 2028, every new teacher entering Coahuila's public schools will have received solid socioemotional training designed and supported by SEE Learning México. The program is limited to teacher colleges; K-12 schools in the state follow Coahuila's own socioemotional program.

Equity and Academic Recognition Program · Guanajuato
Proyecto Educativo works with the Secretaría de Educación de Guanajuato on the design and implementation of an academic reinforcement strategy targeting the state's 370 lowest-performing schools, along with public recognition and case documentation for the 140 schools showing the greatest academic improvement, as measured by the RIMA assessment.
The intervention for the most academically challenged schools combines teacher and principal training, data-driven decision systems, and differentiated strategies based on each school's profile. The program is currently in its implementation phase.

School Leadership Program · UCLA
In collaboration with the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), UNETE and Siete Mares, Proyecto Educativo is developing a School Leadership Program for principals and supervisors of Mexican public schools. The program combines academic rigor with practical application in real school settings.
The program responds to a well-documented gap in Mexican education systems: school principals assume their roles without specific training in pedagogical leadership. This program aims to close that gap with a rigorous, flexible proposal designed for the reality of public schools. A distinctive feature of the program is the active involvement of highly experienced and widely respected public school principals who serve as mentors and co-facilitators — ensuring that the content stays grounded in the daily realities of school leadership, not just in academic theory.
Pilot launch planned for late 2026.

Educational Intelligence System (SIE)
A comprehensive platform that collects, integrates, and analyzes education system data to produce actionable intelligence at every level — from the classroom to the state education ministry. Features include dropout risk assessment, individual learning trajectories, adaptive testing, AI-assisted personalized tutoring, school-level reports, and dashboards for supervisors and state authorities.
The SIE is the natural evolution of the APA Report — awarded first place nationally by SEP in 2016 — and the school management systems and data portals Proyecto Educativo has built in Puebla, Sonora, Yucatán and Coahuila. The project is in its design phase.
