Continuous work in Mexican public schools since 2006
Every engagement we take on is governed by the same set of commitments.
Every intervention decision is grounded in learning, attendance, and school management data — not hunches, not trends.
Not all schools face the same problem. We identify where leverage is highest and concentrate there.
Teachers, principals, students, and families shape the intervention. We listen before we design.
The school principal is the single most powerful lever for change. We invest in them accordingly.
We don't hand over a report and leave. We stay because that is where plans succeed or fail.
We build local capacity to get learning data to the people who can act on it — when they can still act on it.
Professional growth for teachers and principals is a process, not a workshop. It requires practice, feedback, and follow-through.
We measure outcomes and hold them against verifiable benchmarks. No honest learning without honest measurement.
Targeted support for the state's lowest-performing schools, with a focus on school leadership, teacher development, and data systems for continuous improvement. Recognition of schools with the greatest gains in academic achievement.
